I am the Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Carrier Realty and have been a real estate agent since 1997. I have always followed the motto for the business "We Sell Service". I believe that good customer service for any real estate need is top priority with consideration, integrity and loyalty being a part ofthat service.
I have been active in our local board (Sweetwater County Board of Realtors), serving all levels of leadership as well as President for both the Board ofRealtors and for the Multiple Listing Board. I have served at the State level (Wyoming Association of Realtors) as District Vice President for the Western Region, and am a member in good standing the National Board of Realtors. My credentials include Graduate, Realtor Institute designation, the Certified Residential Specialist designation, and e-PRO designation.
I have always been active in the Community where I live and am past President of the Chamber of Commerce, past Treasurer of SWEDA (local economic development association), past and present Secretary for the Kiwanis Club, and have served on several committees for the City and County.
I am married to my co-owner and partner in Real Estate (he has his Assoc Broker license and works part-time in the business). We have three grown children and both enjoy working and traveling and feel fortunate to be able to do both.
Our small office is comprised of 10 sales agents. I take great pride in the fact that 9 of us have our broker licenses and 8 have achieved that designation sinee working out of this office. We stress the importance of education and encourage all our agents to attend classes and further their Real Estate knowledge.
